Description: Up for bid is an unusual demi souvenir spoon for the Erudition Schoolhouse in Bath, Maine in the VICTORIA pattern by Watson, introduced in 1890. The spoon is 4 inches long and weighs 10 grams. The bowl is engraved with a view of the “ERUCITION / 1794 / BATH / ME". Apparently the engraver made a mistake in the title. The spoon has not been monogrammed. The spoon is marked with the Watson pennant trademark and “STERLING”. Condition on the spoon is good. There is some stubborn tarnish and normal wear from use. A fine old souvenir spoon for an unusual place.
