Bixby Date: July 19, 1897 Splendid Little Letter! Describing the Hot weather! "I pity you. This hot weather where you have to work It seems to me things are not right in this world but perhaps we shall find out." Annie also describes going to the parade. "I went down on the early train to see the parade. At noon time it was so very warm I did not care to go to the station, so waited." And describes children with Firecrackers!
