We assume it’s a year. This box has a stamp on the back. We used a magnifying glass, the export stamp looks more like: Made in USSR, Russia. This particular stamp was used from 1918 till 1929.This box has a good condition for its antique item! A few slight chips and a few lines, aging scratches only. Otherwise it’s perfect.
