The sheet is NOT perfect, but it's pretty cool. There are some surface marks, bumps/bruises and the lower left hand corner (about 1"), is folded a little hard. The top row looks like it went thru the printing process 2x as the words on those cards is blurry. Either way, it's a pretty cool sheet and would make a welcome addition to any SERIOUS fans collection. The COOL thing about this sheet is that it contains the managerial Rookie Card of 2016 World Champion Chicago Cubs manager...Joe Maddon, when he was the manager of the Midland Angels. One of the RAREST Joe Maddon card collectibles out there. A great way to pick up a nice sheet of cards that may include one of your ex-teammates, coaches, friends, relatives, high school classmates or even yourself. This sheet would look great, framed up and hanging in your collection. Consider the value of regularly, mass produced (making millions of each and every card) baseball cards versus the RARER, scarcely produced (many times limited to 1000-2500 sets) minor league baseball cards and you will realize that minor league baseball cards are a great investment.
