Description: Rarity - 1 Piastre stamp with Jerusalem I SETTING I overprint (Ba #21a), type 18 (large Hebrew "Yud", slightly raised dashes, short right foot on Hebrew "Alef", no serif on English "P"; vertical alignment of letters as documented for this overprint type), in deep indigo violet, 14x15 perforation; with plate position 29 of the upper pane; postally used (some residue on back) - only 5 used copies known to Bale & valued such at $1000 in 2010, much undercatalogued (another sold for $3800 in 2019).
