Original owner, signed by Joey, Johnny and Dee Dee on October, 5th, 1981 at a signing event to promote their sixth album "Pleasant Dreams" at School Kids records in Ann Arbor, MI. Tommy Ramone was not on this promotion (he was replaced with Marky) and did not sign the album. This event was documented in detail here: https://aadl.org/taxonomy/term/196867 Three signatures are on front and on back of the album. The signatures are faint on the front but fairly bold on the rear of the album. The inside record sleeve is in good condition, but was repaired with tape on one side and is separated on the other side and at the bottom. This record was always kept in a plastic jacket - since 1981! The condition of the record itself is VG / VG+ . The last picture is not included but is shown for reference. The Ann Arbor News took the photo of the Ramones when they were signing autographs of the two albums we had brought to the event. We requested a copy, and I framed it.
