Original owner, purchased brand new, gently read once/twice & mostly been boxed and in a climate-controlled storage ever since. From a smoke free/pet free home. This is the 1st Edition from Salem House, 1987. · Pages are creamy white and completely clean, without fingerprints, marks, smudges or spotting of any kind, absolutely flawless. · Dust jacket is glossy and clean with only light shelf wear and a couple mild indentations (defined as a slight/minor loss of gloss in multiple small spots, but only noticeable when the book is held at an angle to bright light, with absolutely no staining or other significant noticeable wear of any kind…) Very light crimping at all corners (fully visible in the pics). A very light crease along both the inside top flaps of the dust jacket (see the pic with ‘$24.95’ pricing for an example). Inside of dust jacket is fully white and clean without any yellowing or sun/heat exposure. · Binding is firm and in excellent condition, like new. Same for the boards. · Corners are mostly sharp with only mild blunting, fully visible in the pics. · Dust jacket, binder/boards, and pages all perfectly flat, without any evidence of exposure to humidity or the elements. It’s an outstanding collectible copy; using the standard Antiquarian grading scales I’m very comfortable calling this a “FINE +” copy.
