Holographic means that the colors change depending on the lighting. If it's a cloudy day it will be a pastel rainbow but if it's a sunny day it will be a bright rainbow. You will not br able to see the full effects until installed on surface and transfer tape is removed. Handcrafted by me at making memories crafts. I am a small business owner, stay-at-home mom.
