In general, the 2mm/4mm tubing is used for 1.75mm filament (such as E3D V6 hotends and clones - which we sell), and 4m/6mm tubing is used with 3mm filament. This larger tubing is also the appropriate size for use on MakerBot Replicator printers and their clones - this is what we use with our Flashforge and CTC printers. Please verify the size you need by measuring your parts or consulting specifications available online - we don't know the proper diameter for every possible equipment combination.Selected length will be delivered as one continuous piece of tubing.
