Description: PSA 7 (Near Mint) 1999 Pokemon TOPPS Tv Charizard Rainbow Foil / Holo #6 Original 1st Print Run. Blue Topps Label! (Very Rare!) Good Looking Card, good corners and edges, just a scratch along the legs. Small scratch on the case near the center by the PSA letters. (See Pictures for Condition) Low PSA Population card The 1st printing had 3 version of the Charizard. A Non holo version, A foil Version, and this Extremely Rare Rainbow Foil Version. Looking at the PSA Pop numbers, this Charizard Rainbow Foil was definitely one of the Harder Cards to get in Any of the Pokemon Card Sets! Especially the First Print Run Blue Label! (Many of the other graded ones are of the black label.) (Following From Bulbapedia:) 1999 Topps TV Pokémon Trading Cards series 1 There were four different printings from the United States that were distributed in the US, most of Europe, and Australia. These cards all had an oval Nintendo seal. The printings are distinguished by a blue, black, green, or red Topps logo, with card texts being updated between the first (blue) and second (black) printings. Due to an error, all foil cards after the first printing were printed with black logos, but can still be distinguished by the differences in their debossings. • 1st printing: blue logo on all cards, foil cards had a smooth texture with no debossings. • 2nd printing: black logo on all cards, Pokémon foil cards were debossed with rays and starbursts, while TV cards had a sandpaper finish. • 3rd printing: green logo on non-foil cards only, Pokémon foil cards were debossed with flames and teardrops, while TV cards had dots and rectangles. • 4th printing: red logo on non-foil cards only, Pokémon foil cards were debossed with Poké Balls and targets, while TV cards had dents.
