Description: A PSA graded NM 7 - 1981/82 Topps SUPER ACTION card of Hall of Famer Larry Bird of the Boston Celtics. The 1981/82 Topps Basketball set was released in three separate regions in the U.S. (East, Mid-West and West). Card #1-66 was the same for all three regions, but cards #67-132 featured only players from that specific region of the country. The Bird SUPER ACTION card from this set was only available in the packs released in the Eastern Region of the U.S.This example has no creasing, bold printing, good color, nice centering and bright borders. The corners are consistent with those found on most NM-MT/NM-MT+ examples. There a few printing imperfections in the background of the photo above the player, but they do not detract too much from the overall eye apeal of the card. The back is clean with bold printing. Without the minor printing flaws, this would be a strong candidate for a PSA 8 holder.
