Description: Up for sale is a used Proto External Parallel Jaw Snap Ring Pliers. This is Proto part 251 and measures aprox 9-1/2" long. The tip has been narrowed with a grinder so it measures aprox 1/8" wide. Made in USA. These are used with only minor scratches, scrapes and wear from normal use and the tip has been modified to a grinder make it aprox 1/8" wide (see pictures). No engravings or owners marks. I will combine shipping with my other items whenever possible.
