It consists of a cheese plate and a pole that easily unscrews from the base when you don't need it. Once mounted, this creates a very sturdy platform for the Umbrella to create shade over the working area. Easy Mounting 48 threaded mounting points in 1/4-20" and 3/8-16" sizes on the umbrella holder's base plate allows for rigging Monitors, FIZ hand units, Lights, etc. The base plate needs to be bolted to your cart using 5/16-18" CSK/Countersunk bolts and requires that you drill 4 holes (11/32" is a good fit) in the top shelf of your cart.
