It was just plucked it out of a Barn in NJ. It has a heavy duty forged iron bracket and hook. It is in used condition & shape. The wheel turns easily... It has the typical scars from a century or more of farm use. It measures overall approx, 11-1/2" L x 5-1/4" W x 3" D. Wheel measures approximately 3" in Diameter.
