I don't have great test equipment. When I plugged it into a Raiden II cabinet it only had game sounds but I couldn't get picture. I'm not an arcade person, this was recovered from an old arcade owner's storage with several other working games. Selling as parts/non-functional as a result. 11/3 UPDATE: I was able to hook it up to a working cab & the Primal Rage PCB is fully operational! Played a few games & it's good to go.
