As you might have known, Etruscan made 3 very popular mugs: Acorn, Pineapple, and Waterlily. According to the author of the Collector's Encyclopedia of Majolica, page 53, this mug was made by Etruscan but never marked with the GSH monogram. This mug has 2 very small restored nicks to its bottom and 1 small chip to the tip of its handle. It also has a tight hairline which was hand touched up by a studio artist and is hardly noticeable unless to look for it. It is in fact much more beautiful than it sounds. Book value in 2000 was $250-300 by the same author. Like most antique majolica, it has some crazing and discoloration. Please disregard the lighting glares. Thanks and good luck. Our Ref: 2744
