Unit is tested and working. Complete with directions. The unit is pretty clean but we always recommend a thorough pre cleaning prior to use of your own standards. The blades look very good and I think appear to have not been used much. Some yellow on the cord. I wiped most off with dawn on a sponge but I think a magic eraser would do better. Doesn't effect the function just wanted you to be aware as I know it's hard to shop by photos.
