Description: This is a charming Pressed Paper Plate Cookie Server. This piece of art was crafted in Western Germany. It is vintage although I don’t have an exact date of manufacture. This plate measures 11 in in diameter and is scalloped along the edge. It is beautifully and intricately decorated with a Christmas tree in the center and angels, Santa Claus and a host of international figures around the edge. It is paper, although heavy pressed paper, and will be fine to hold cookies but not anything heavy or wet. There is a stain on the back but it does not show through on the front. You’ll be pleased to serve cookies to your Christmas guests on this pressed paper plate.
