Description: Webster is a town in the northeast corner of Monroe County, New York, named after the orator and statesman Daniel Webster. The town of Webster is bordered on the north by Lake Ontario, on the east by Wayne County, on the west by the Irondequoit Bay and the town of Irondequoit, and on the south by the town of Penfield. In 1840, the town of Webster was officially established out of the northern part of Penfield with a population of 2,235, which was estimated to be 44,878 in 2018. I could not find any history on the church or whether it still exists. The card was published by the “American News Company” in their back and white EXCELSIOR series printed between 1906 and 1912. It is in good condition with minor wear and a clean and clear image and reverse.
