Orders after 12 noon Tuesday mtn time will be shipped the next Monday Every fish is guaranteed alive and thriving before bagging up. I only pack in quality insulated boxes with heat packs(when needed) and ship as fast as possible to ensure the least amount of stress on your new pet. In the event of A DOA fish, at least 2 clear and up close pictures in and out if the bag are required, within 2 hours of arrival. If first delivery attempt is failed the guarantee is void. The guarantee is for the fish only, not shipping cost. The fish total will be applied towards next purchase. Combined shipping is available for multiple fish and the extra shipping costs are refunded after label is purchased. These fish are only shipped overnight at this time.
