Function: This PP10084 high limit switch is a safety thermostat which can shuts the unit off and prevents the oil from overheating on the fryers. It features a manual reset button on the switch for manual shutting off. Prevent Overheating: If temperature exceeds fixed setting(450°F / 232°C), the contacts will open and cut the gas supply. When the temperature drops approximately 50°F below fixed setting, it will allow the contacts to be reset and gas valve to open again. Contacts on cycling models will reset automatically.
