WHITE SPOTS AND STREAKS ARE REFLECTIONS AND GLARE FROM THE LIGHTING. Measures 12 3/4 inches long by 4 5/8ths inches wide and 1 inch high. R B BERNARDA Portugal crests on the bottom. No cracks, chips, gouges or stains. I find very few light surface scuffs commensurate with light handling, cleaning and storage. There is one minute production flaw: the rim has a 1/16th of an inch dimple/line in the pottery UNDER THE GLAZE. It is easier felt than seen.
