Description: Postcard 19x13 cm - Bus Jelcz 043 No 8058 Jelcz 043 No 8058 - that is, the popular "cucumber". Intercity bus produced under license from Skoda in the years 1959-1986 at Jelczanské Automobile Plant. Thanks to the mass deliveries of this type of vehicle, it was possible to revive bus communication during the Polish post-war makeshift period. The model on display dates back to 1974 and is a fairly interesting variety, bearing traces of attempts made in the 1970s to modernize an already aging structure. In 1999, it was acquired for the collection of vintage buses of the City Transport Lovers Club in Warsaw, and in 2004-2005 underwent renovation, the effects of which can now be admired at various types of exhibitions, rallies and commemorative lines.
