Front hinge weakened, but joints still strong and covers firmly attached. Front cover with heavy old staining and well rubbed, spine cloth split and separated along the rear joint. Some page edges near rear also well stained in lower portion of the blank margin. With a profusion of great period local ads, often with small illustrations of some kind. Every resident is listed, as are all the businesses. Book remains well preserved and very attractive on the shelf. It displays a beautiful age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
