Some minor, faint spotting. The right edge a bit ragged. Verso: blank. Note: in a very nice contemporary handcolouring. With the original piece of tissue paper and a printed biography on 8 pages (=in a similiar condition as the print). Note: dimensions reflect the entire leaf. Dimensions: 263 x 178 mm. Louis Antoine de Bougainville was Explorer, Admiral, Served in the American Revolutionary War, Count of the Empire, Served in the Seven Years' War, French Admiral, French Explorer, Member of the Senat, Grand Officer of the Legion d'Honneur, and The Bougainvillea flower is named after him.
