Click images to enlarge Description I just purchased a large service of Portmeirion "The Holly and The Ivy" dinnerware from a local estate here in Central Virginia. The pattern was created by Portmeirion designer, Anwyl Cooper-Willis in 1996. The contemporary arrangements of antique illustrations with a flowing script of a lyric from the 17th century English carol make a wonderful holiday / winter presentation. This PAIR of square salad plates measure 8 ½" wide and 1 ¼" deep. The bases bear the pictured "Made in Britain" mark. BOTH are in excellent condition; they appear unused and gently stored. These square salad plates would make a nice addition to your Portmeirion "The Holly and The Ivy" china set. Payment Payment must be received within three days following the close of the auction.
