Description: This offering is for 100 3 ½ oz. plastic cups. They are great to use as inexpensive miniature flowerpots. Each cup measures 2 ¼ “ across the mouth and is 2 ¼ “ tall. The diameter of the base is 1 ½ “. These cups are more commonly sold for use with food or with medicine, but houseplant enthusiasts will find them very handy for small cuttings, starter plants, miniatures, or seedlings. There are 3 drainage holes in the bottom of each cup. Each “pot” has a smooth rolled rim so that tender young leaves are not damaged when in contact with the “pot” edges. The translucent plastic “pot” walls make it easy to see how wet (or dry) your soil is. When filled to the brim with your potting mix and lightly tamped down each “pot” will hold approximately ½ cupful. The typical sized playing card in the photo is for size comparison.
