A short description In very good condition vinyl player (electrophone) Leader-205 (1980, USSR) is a rare vintage player, released in a limited edition for the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow. You can judge the external condition from the photo. Electrophone - is a vinyl player with active speaker system with amplifier. Electrophone "Leader-205" produced from 1976 to 1981. Player is not currently in production. It's not large, in a plastic case, with intuitive controls - an excellent working example of a portable vinyl player from the USSR era. This player equipped with an electric turntable with rotation speeds of 33 and 45 rpm. Can work from six R-20 type elements. The nominal BB (Bass Booster) output power when powered from the mains is 2 W, maximum 4 W, when powered from batteries 0.5 W nominal, maximum 2.5 W, reproduced frequency range is 100-10000 Hz, nonlinear distortion factor 3-4%, range volume control 40 dB, tone control range 6 dB. Power consumption from AC mains is 20 W, from batteries 2.5 W The player comes with original power cable. I have not tested the ability to play records, so it is sold as an entourage, for installation, or as a vintage interior element. Attention! For countries where the standard network voltage is 110-127V/60Hz (USA, Canada, countries Central and South America), an additional converter from 110V to 220V will be needed, since this device is designed to operate on a 220V network.
