Description: Delonghi Pinguino Portable Air Conditioner CN120E (READ DESCRIPTION IMPORTANT!). The unit itself technically works fine but I suspect there to be a refrigerant leak because the cooling coils are getting below freezing causing the water condensation to freeze on the coils blocking airflow. In order for it to keep functioning you have to switch to the fan mode and let it thaw. The air still comes out cold while thawing because it’s blowing through icy fins, however you do not want this as it adds moisture back into your room and fills up the drip tray really fast, causing the unit to auto shut off in about 4-8 hours depending on frequency of use. You then have to drain it to use it again which isn’t ideal. For those who know how to recharge ac loops this is a great deal, for those who don’t Do NOT BUY THIS!, it’s not worth the headache. Other than that I recently cleaned it so it’s about clean as a used ac can get. There are an few scratches the outside and some of the fins on the cooling coils and condenser coils are bent as well. Also if you have any questions don’t hesitate to message me.
