Number 46 from the 1st promo set issued through Wizards. According to Bulbapedia, this card was released through the Pokemon League in May 2002. Condition: This is a nice card. Pretty good gloss. No bends. A little edgewear on the back (check the pic). I would call this card “Very Light Play”. Use the zoom feature, check the pictures, and see what you think. (See my Condition Guide below.)
