It was intended to provide hobbyists with a commemorative card set devoted to the great '27 New York Yankees - a team considered by many to have been the greatest ever. This card is made from an original oil painting by popular baseball artist RON LEWIS and features statistics for both the year (1927) and career in addition to a short biographical statement!
