Come with an instruction manual, leather storage case, Platinum converter and small spare ink (black). This pen is in new condition, and the plastic was removed for photos only. I don't know the size of the nib on this pen. I've included a photo of the price tag -- maybe it indicates the nib size in Japanese, and someone who's an expert on these pens can tell me? Would make a great gift to someone who enjoys writing or collects fountain pens!
