(Lot #PC-3-055)You are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27 #0100 "Corner Store - Hobby Shop." This kit was a re-release of the Corner Store (Men's Store) from 1960. This kit was re-released in 1984. The production run for this series, Collector's Series, was very limited - only 2,200 of the Hobby Shops were distributed. NOTE: this kit is excellent condition - hardly looks used. Exception: one small door sign has been positioned. The other sign has it's glue evaporated. The plastic parts to this kit are in "like-new" condition! This kit has gray sides and white roof and trim.A very nice collectible piece. These corner stores always look very striking on the Plasticville commercial layout or collection.
