Description: Nice Mid-Century Modern piece of ceramic. This was probably used as a small planter. It could be used for that or as a collector's shelf decor. It is a cream color with hand painted 23k gold trim. It is a egg shaped cup that has a foot on it. The 23k gold trim is around the bottom foot, on the front embossed decor and around the top rim. The gold looks to be in good condition without noticeable wear. The back side does not have any gold detail. There are some small back dots on the back that I tried to wash off and they would not come off (see last picture). Not sure what it is - it looks some something might have rubbed against it, but either way it is not that noticeable for this old of a piece of Mid-Century Modern decor.
