There is wear to the edges and corners of the front and back cover. Upon flipping through this book, I did not notice any markings, writing, tears, or missing pages. There are minor markings, dents, and discoloration on the top, fore, and bottom edges. (the outer page edges you see when the book is closed) The binding is tight, and the pages look good.
