I PURCHASED THIS FROM AN ELDERLY GENTLEMAN WHO SAID HE BOUGHT IT OUT OF AN OLD HARDWARE STORE AND THAT THE SEEDER WAS NEW, NEVER USED. I GUESS YOU CAN BE THE JUDGE BY THE PICTURES PROVIDED, BUT EITHER WAY IT IS AN AMAZING PIECE WITH BEAUTIFUL COLOR AND STENCILING. IT DOES SHOW A SMALL AREA OF PAINT LOSS ON THE FRONT WHEEL AND REAR WHEEL WHERE IT MUST'VE SAT ON A DIRT FLOOR FOR AWHILE AND THE TOP OF THE HOPPER. THE HOPPER IS NOT BOLTED TO THE FRAME AND WAS JUST SITTING ON IT WHEN I ACQUIRED IT. WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE PICTURES PROVIDED IS ALL I HAVE.
