These lovely placemats depict four iconic English golf clubs - The Royal Lytham & St. Annes Golf Club, The Royal Liverpool Golf Club, The Troon Golf Club and The Royal and Ancient St. Andrews, Fife. Any golf enthusiast will appreciate these lovely mats. I purchased several sets of Pimpernel placemats at an estate sale, and it seems this set was placed in a box other than the one they originally came in as the sticker says, 'American Golf Courses'. I just wanted to mention too that they are labeled as measuring 16"x12" but my personal measurement of them is 15.75"x 11.75".
