Good condition. Sunning along the spine. Edge-wear of bumps and scuffs at the head and tail of the spine and at one corner of the boards. The head of the spine also has some chipping and fraying. There's a previous owner's signature on the front endpaper. The fold-out map, which comes before the title page, has a couple two-inch tears and some creases along one edge. Dust-soiling along the text block edges, and a few small, brownish stains on the top edge. The tiny stains can be seen in the top margin of the pages--quite small-- but no text is affected. There are occasional areas of of dust-soiling or foxing on a few pages, but most are clean. One page set has a small edge-chip. The binding is still firm.
