She Is A Stunning Doll That Measures 34” In Total Height. Phillip Travelled Extensively In Search Of Inspiration For His Sculpts. I Was Fortunate To Meet This Incredible Man At New York City Toy Fair, And Was Able To Speak With Him For Some Time About His Travels, And Where He Gathers Inspiration For His Work. Laura Was Created In A Limitation Of 400 Dolls. She Is A Vinyl Doll With A Weighed, Cloth Stuffed Body. She Has Gray/Blue Mouth Blown Glass Eyes, And Wears A Below The Shoulder Light Brown With Blond Highlights Human Hair Wig, That Is Styled In A Simple Twist At The Back Of Her Head, Secured With Bobbi Pins. A Few Strands Of Hair Escape Their Capture. Her Wig Is Parted On The Side, And Her Bangs Level Close To Her Chin, In The Style Of A Classic Bob. She Can Be Posed Standing, But Will Require A Large, HeavyWeight Rectangular Base Doll Stand, Like Those Used For GÜNZEL Wax Over Porcelain Originals. She Wears Super Soft Off White Cotton Leggings, That Stop At Her Knee. Her Underskirt Has Four Separate Layers Of Ivory Tulle. The Ivory Silk Bodice Of The Dress Laces Up The Back With A Single Hook & Eye Closure At Her Waist. The Bodice Has A Slightly Gathered Sheer Yoke That Is Edged In Matching Silk Cord That Surrounds Her Neck And Borders The Corset Of The Dress Front And Back. The Cording Then The Travels Around Her Shoulders, And Attaches To Her Off The Shoulder 3/4 Sleeves, Front And Back. The Skirt Of the Dress Has Three Additional Layers At Varied Lengths, And The Outer Layer Has Phillips Initials Embroidered Into The Fabric. She Wears Satin Ballerina Slippers With A Suede Toe. Laura Was Unboxed Briefly For Her Photos. She Is Brand New Store Stock, Not Pre-Owned. She Comes With All Her Original Hang Tags, Tie Cord’s, And Her Certificate Of Authenticity In It’s Blue Envelope. She Is Signed, Numbered, And Dated On Her Body.
