This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding - areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease and rust stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance including ink stains and writing); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed/damaged - edges rough/damaged in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (edges jagged in many areas with multiple tears and some are larger); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); one hole that I could see; pieces missing due to very heavy wear and damage.
