The pendant is 14K, and as provided in photos, appears to be marked by SW as maker. Comps were found that would indicate the brand went into CZ at some point and adds CZ to the marking, so presumption is for 14k the small, square stone in this piece is diamond. (The surface, under magnification and with good lighting angle is a bit rough....natural. Pricing takes into account uncertainty of the stone. Chains and pendants of same karats, particularly a very similar diamond pendant were used to set asking price. The clever design of the placement and use of square stone in the heart pendant is what makes it special!
