Below are notable buildings from the 1880s, including the Union League Building. The Academy of Music, Broad Street looking south, the New Public Buildings at Market and Broad Streets, Market Street looking east, the new Post Office, and the Academy of Fine Arts. It is very large (double folio size), measuring approximately 23 x 16 inches (58.5 x 40.5 cm). The picture fills most of the page, with a caption below. There is unrelated text/photos on the back of this print.The print has a fold in the middle, where it was folded into the magazine long ago. However, there are about 8 small pinhead holes along the fold line from where it was sewn into the journal long ago. The fold line is clean EXCEPT for a horizontal tear in the middle (about 1 inch across) that has been repaire don the back with archival tape.
