Description: BRAND NEW OEM PARTS DIRECT FROM PELLA Architect Series 3/2005- CURRENT Double Hung Vent Sash Terminal Replacement Hardware That's a mouthful...The short version: These are the OEM replacement special clips that screw down into the sash to keep it clipped intothe side rails of your PELLA windows. As the title states....these are ONLY for the PELLA ARCHITECT SERIES DATED FROM 3/2005- TO CURRENT. They have an annoying way of snapping/breaking occassionally and are a pain to obtain as replacement parts. You'll notice from the picture that there are 3 shown in the photo. The 3rd/odd one is the original OEM part used in the original construction of the windows and is shown for clarification/instructional purposes ONLY. The other pair shown in the photo are the ones that PELLA designed for use as replacement parts. These are the 2 you will be receiving with each purchase. The new design is made to make it less likely that the parts will fail. The original style is no longer made or available from PELLA. I would encourage you to always have several replacements on hand. When they break, it's a royal pain to get them quick. My whole house has these windows and I've used these replacement parts personally. From PELLA.....There is a small modification you need to make to your existing sash, but it is simple.
