I would guess probably '80s or '90s. The material looks to still being good condition but may be weakened with age. The soles appear to be in good condition but again they could be weakened with age. The adhesion on the soles or shoes may also be weak or brittle. Please be careful if you intend to use these for your bowling shoes. I'm not sure if they are a PBA shoe but they do have PBA on them so they would look pretty cool in a bowling collection. **There is what looks like once sticky residue that has dried on the inside front toe of the right shoe, and on the top of the toe the leather is worm a little around the circles from storage.** You are purchasing a new old nostalgic pair of shoes. I'm not sure if these were issued to the pba or if they were just a generic shoe anyone could own but they say PBA TOUR on them. They are a Mens Bowling Shoes size 9.5M and look to have never been worn. These shoes are a vintage style giving you that look of '70s and '80s bowling. If you plan to try to use these please be aware that these are fixed soles and are for RIGHT-handed BOWLERS **NOTE** (you cannot interchange the sole on these shoes) Again I do not know how old these are therefore I cannot guarantee how well they will hold up.
