Description: This is a beautiful, bright example of a Grandmother's Flower Garden! The vintage fabrics are clean and vibrant. The maker used the same vintage fabric in the center of the flower to match the outside border of the flower. The hexagons are just under 2 inches across, making this a smaller, more detailed quilt. There are some blocks that are a light tan that were used in place of the bright white background. It would be beautiful to use on a bed or display in a stack. This quilt was pieced and quilted by hand. It measures 67.5 x 94.5 inches. Ilt is a light-to- medium weight quilt with cotton batting and a soft pink backing CONDITION This quilt is in good vintage condition. There are 3 unfortunate holes through the quilt along one side. There are a few old water marks that lightened slightly after the quilt was hand washed. This is a generous sized quilt that is still so beautiful! It would be wonderful to use and love!
