Paslode cordless 30 degree framing nailer 900420 shoots 2x then doesnt shoot

It comes with a charger, battery, power supply, case, manual.I went ahead and put a fuel cell in it and it shot 2 nails and then would not shoot again. If I took the fuel cell out and put another one in, it would shoot another 2 times again and it did it again after that.It has some kind of issue with it. I am not sure what is wrong with it.
