Description: Tested with battery and DC 9V power adapter. It will not power on. Physically in beautiful shape, there was/is no corrosion on battery terminals. Antenna fully extends and retracts smoothly. Power button clicks in place on and off. I have no higher technical skills to properly troubleshoot this item. Sold As Is, for parts, not working.
