Description: Parker 61 Flighter Cap Actuated Ballpoint Unusual hole at the top of the arrow clip. I assume this was for an enameled corporate logo. Definitely a factory job as it was done prior to gold plating of the clip. Stainless finish is nearly perfect with very minor wear on the barrel where the cap slides against the barrel from normal operation. No dents, other scratches, or plating wear. New black Medium Parker Quinkflow refill. Any questions, just ask.
