Description: A beautifully framed and well-preserved vintage lithograph print by esteemed French artist, Michel Delacroix. There’s a lot going on in this scene, whimsical and magical. It’s loads of fun to study and the colors are lovely! The print is titled 'Parade' and was printed by Touchstone Publishers, Inc. in Greenwich, CT. circa 1974 The print depicts a lively and vibrant French street scene, with soldiers marching in front of Parisian shops and a hot air balloon floating in the background. Delacroix is well known for his depictions of French cityscape scenes using a primitive naive folk art style. The actual print measures approximately 24" x 28" and in the frame, the entire piece measures approximately 26" x 30". It is an open edition signed in the plate.
