It is brand new and measures approximately 6" tall by 6" wide by 3" deep. It turns on with a switch on the back-- uses 3 LR44 AG13 batteries to operate (included). It is meant for indoor use only and adult use only. PLEASE NOTE: there are some scratches on the front plastic-- see photos for details.
